We are happy to accommodate the exchange of damaged and/or defective products within 30 days of your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged and/or defective please notify us immediately at info@taplegacy.org upon receipt of the product. We will supply you with a RMA number and instructions for the exchange of the damaged and/or defective product.
The replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
Any DVD/CD/VHS product may NOT be returned if the seal is broken.
